Cooking Corner: Sourdough Pizza

In a hurry? Starving? Really lazy? If you don’t bake the bread yourself the whole thing takes about ten minutes. Sometimes I will bake my own bread but I’m more a cook than baker. For today’s lesson we are using bread baked by professionals downstairs.

like your pizza. needs salt although that could be in the cheese and the olives. Good olives in Israel if I recall.

Not the real reason why I dropped by.

Just read all of your blog. You are very well informed and have an interesting ascerbic style. I dont quite get the chinese but I suspect that there are no secrets there.

I like your family as described.

I am not sure if you eat meat. That makes you suspect in my book at least on that score. People should eat meat. That is why we have sharp teeth and claws. Well, I suppose there could be other reasons.

Stampede your ass? That was good.

Pompous old shit eh. You remind me of my daughter so you're safe.

I like your analysis of God or G-d although you seem to go to great lengths- but that is ok.

I do this too but only when it comes to food. I am an atheist but may convert to whatever is convenient depending on the circumstances, i.e. a la voltaire on my deathbed... Just in case. un reserve.
