What Is Terrorism?
We consider any attack from Palestinian militants or their sympathetic neighbours to be terrorism. But is any premeditated shooting against a group of people you don’t like terrorism? Palestinian terrorists are not terrorists because they are Palestinian. They are terrorists because they are killing innocent civilians, mostly children and the elderly, simply because they do not like us.

Terrorism is defined as the systematic use of violence as a means to intimidate or coerce societies or governments. Hate Crimes are defined as any of various crimes (as assault or defacement of property) when motivated by hostility to the victim as a member of a group (as one based on color, creed, gender, or sexual orientation).
Terrorism is government. Hate crime is civilian.
Most terrorists are civilian. Many governments carry out hate crimes.
