Happy New Year

Rosh Hashanah ended at sunset. Now we’re in the Yamim Noraim, ending with Yom Kippur.

Baruch atah Adonai, Eloheinu, melekh ha'olam shehecheyanu v'kiyimanu v'higi'anu laz'man hazeh.

L'shanah tovah tikatev v'taihatem.

Baruch hu uvaruch shemo.

Happy New Year, Mia!

Totally off-topic but yes, I did see your birthday message - thank you! I didn't say anything there because there was nothing I could add to make it any better.

I really appreciate you taking all the bullshit with such good humour. This latest accusation was definitely more insulting to you than it was to me.
I'm glad you still pop in and talk to yourself.... I mean myself.... I mean, oh, what's my name again?

Toda, Henry.

I'd forgotten about that place until somebody told me it was your birthday. It took me forever to remember my password and I had to look at the member list to remember if my username was 1 word or 2. Then when I got in I saw the latest nonsense. I don't know which surprised me more, that the paranoid gossips created their fantasy or that they're still talking about it. They're obviously thinking about me and you and all of us much more than I've ever thought about them. I guess that's a compliment in a queer way.

All in all a lot of work just to say happy birthday.

Very much appreciated. :)

What are you two talking about?

Anyways, happy Rosh Hashanah.

Nothing important.

You're not really supposed to say happy Rosh Hashanah, but thanks.

Why not say happy rish hashanah? What do you say then?

It is not a happy festival. It is better to say l'shanah tovah.
