Okay, I have a feeling if I cook, those, I will be world famous too, because they look wonnnnnderful. Roasted potatoes, onions and carrots are my favorite. I'm going to try this on the weekend.
My son-in-law is a chef, and he grows his own herbs. He has a rosemary bush just outside his back door, and he always cooks potatoes or chicken with rosemary. He once made a potato stuffing for chicken, with rosemary in it. That's why my daughter married him. :-)
Ian Parmenter used to do a show called Consuming Passions. He once said that it probably works to chop onions underwater but by the time he'd dried himself and got dressed again, he'd lost interest.

I will let you know how this turns out.
I have some odd commas in my previous post. Just ignore them. ;-)

Needs wine.
I feel rather bad about the "dust up" on my blog yesterday. It certainly wasn't meant to be as controversial as it turned out to be. *sigh* :-)
I think now I understand your roasted potatoes. Got it. *evil face*
Sorry, I don't mean to offend anyone. This is the only face I have.
Michelle, that was the perfect first comment.
Jo, I thought you were American with all those commas. And what's wrong with a little controversy?
